Richard Nicoll Mobile-Phone Charging Bag

Vodafone, in collaboration with designer Richard Nicoll, designed a handbag capable of charging your mobile phone.

The handbag itself must be charged via a magnetic induction cable. Once charged, it can power your smart phone for up to several days. The inside pocket of the purse contains a cable that you plug your phone into.

Additionally, there is a bluetooth-activated LED that illuminates when you receive a call or message.

i doubt it's the matt. via Telegraph: " The bag must be initially charged from the mains power via induction charging, using a cable that magnetically attaches to the outside of the bag."

Do you suppose that mat in the picture is what charges the bag? Not the best picture with the model, but the bag itself looks great. :)
